One Tip a Week: Refined GitHub
This week’s tip of the week is Refined GitHub.
If you’ve never tried it, it’s a browser extension that adds tons of small but powerful improvements to GitHub’s UI and workflow. Things like selecting notifications by type and status.

The integration is so seamless that half the time I can’t even tell if a feature came from GitHub itself or from Refined GitHub.
Recent updates have focused on decluttering the experience even more, like removing unnecessary modals and keeping links in the same tab.
Fun fact: I converted the Refined GitHub project to TypeScript back in 2019!
If you’re on GitHub every day, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
That’s it! Short and sweet. Until the next one!
